The Process Starts with: First Contact
Get in touch using the button below and send me a message telling me what you have in mind. The name of your brand, and links to your online platforms so I can get a feel of your brand. Share your idea and how you imagine the final piece — including size/dimensions, and format (print, digital, wearable, framed).

The Quote
After a short follow-up chat, you’ll receive a clear quote based on your brief. The quote outlines what’s to be delivered, and how.
The Deposit
A 50% deposit locks in the project and timeline. Once that’s in place, I will begin developing early sketches and ideas — drawing on 10+ years of experience to shape strong, confident directions.
Concept Development
You’ll be presented with at least one fully considered concept (more if your budget allows). We’ll meet again to go over it together — including symbolism, style choices, and next steps. Feedback is welcome at this stage.
Design Confirmation & Refinement
With a shared vision in place, the artwork moves from concept to refined design. The number of feedback rounds varies based on your budget and project scope—each piece receives the attention it deserves. Once a design is approved, any substantial changes will incur additional costs to reflect the extra work involved.
Final Details
You decide whether I’ll handle final production (e.g. printing or mounting) or provide you with high-res files. Changes to the original brief may affect the final cost — I’ll always let you know in advance.
Delivery
Once the balance is paid, your artwork is delivered safely and securely
