“Moħħ Ir-Riħ | Epokaliss [Metal Print]” from the Epokaliss Collection asserts the difficult reality that trauma scatters the mind. Created by Ramon Azzopardi Fiott (RAFiott) in his debut series exhibited at Palazzo Ħamsa Mill, this piece expresses the fragmented state of mind caused by trauma and a wish for greater empathy towards those who are grieving.

The title, meaning “a wind’s mind” in Maltese, reflects a mind in turmoil, striving for balance. The artwork’s left-displaced subject, surrounded by a fracturing halo, symbolises this mental fragmentation. The absence of a crown, replaced by horns, challenges oppressive norms and stigmas, advocating for compassion and understanding.

Constructed from high-quality aluminium DIBOND®, this print features two white aluminium layers with a black polyethylene compound core, ensuring lightweight durability and an elegant matte finish.
