The Fat Lady is believed to have been revered as a goddess of fertility, and this illustration depicts her enjoying a pastizz and a bottle of a local orange-flavoured soft drink, both iconic of life on the island. The design also features a red ribbon, symbolizing the medical advancements that redefined HIV as a liveable disease.
