Façade ReDesign | Townhouse

This Façade ReDesign project focused on reimagining the exterior of a townhouse to give it a more thoughtful and welcoming presence on the street. RAFiott approached the design with the idea that a home’s façade is more than a surface — it can quietly reflect the people living within. Home is where the ART is.

The process began with a detailed conversation to understand the homeowner’s vision and how it could harmonise with the building’s original character. A range of proposals were developed, each illustrated through custom sketches and a 3D model to explore the design’s potential. The final direction drew on subtle interventions — a new palette, refined architectural lines, and a few carefully chosen details — all working together to create a façade that feels both considered and familiar.

Beyond their role in the design process, the final illustrations stand on their own as keepsakes — a visual memory of a much-loved home. These personalised artworks can also serve as thoughtful housewarming gifts, mementoes of previous homes, or simply as distinctive home decor.

This project quietly explores how façades, like interiors, can be intimate spaces — quietly expressive, and deeply personal.
